- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely worst "service" and most unpleasant employees I have run into anywhere in Gainesville. Tried it twice. The first time last year was bad but I thought maybe they just needed to replace some employees, so tried it again. It was just as bad. I recommend going to the mailing center next to Home Depot off Tower Rd. Very friendly, fast and comprehensive service. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If the box is not 100% ready to go they will charge you an extra $12. At first they told me $12 was for the box so I went and got a box. It was still $12. I won't be going back. Other UPS stores are not like this from my experiences.By David Gilbert, January 31, 2017
