- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Love the bank. But not this location. Stopped by to make a cash deposit on my lunch break. I already had everything filled out so it should have been a quick transaction. I pulled into this bank and there was a line of 6 people waiting to use the only ATM outside. So I opted to go inside as I was on a time crunch. There was a long line of people inside & only 2 tellers. An associate greeting customers said it was the lunch rush (if that's a typical lunch rush, why only 2 tellers?). I waited in line for close to 15 minutes. During this time a 3rd teller appeared & had called a few people to her window to help. As it was my turn, the 3rd teller finished with the customer & I walked up to her window & she walked away. O waited a few minutes and she didn't come back. The two other tellers both noticed me but continued to call other customers out of line to their window. All the while a bank manager was walking around literally doing nothing. So I was forced to go outside & use the ATM & wait another 10 minutes. Worst customer service at this location.By Jamie Travis, July 24, 2017
