- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We were fortunate to get Ms .Paul to represent us on behalf of our father on issues such as capacity, guardianship, estate issues, trust concerns, and probate. She represented us on and off for the last 4 years, which was a very difficulty for the family. Having someone like her who understands Florida elder law, estates, trusts, and guardianships represent us was invaluable. We would not have gotten through the process without her. Throughout the entire process, Judy was professional., available, articulate, supportive, explained everything in detail, was very thorough , tuff, and acted always in our best interest. Cannot say enough to thank her for not only professional services, but clarity patience explaining the process in addition her patience, kindness. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mrs. Paul is an e excellent and thorough lawyer. She helped us get our mother qualified for Medicaid so that she is now in a 24 hour nursing care facility. She has severe dementia and can no longer live alone. In addition, she has been truly wonderful helping us deal with family issues regarding the safety and well-being of our mentally handicap son.
