  I went to Mr. Fraser with forms nearly complete for an uncontested divorce. All parenting plans and divisions of assets were agreed to and I was prepared to file and finish the process without counsel. I interviewed Mr. Fraser and he convinced me I should let the Pros handle the courts. His retainer was triple what was available from many other firms we considered. He agreed his fee was high and said that unused funds would be held in credit for future work like trusts and wills. Mr. Fraser came recommended from another lawyer we knew so we hired him to complete our Divorce. Delays and missteps resulted in the process dragging on through the New Year. Worse, when the process finally ended we received a bill for 30% more money than the 300% premium we already agreed to. Requests for an explanation were answered with another invoice. After almost 2 months Mr. Fraser finally answered an email where he offered no explanation except for "I disagree" or "I was sick". My next email was answered with one more invoice. We paid the additional fees knowing that this battle is un-winable. But we can warn anyone else who takes the time to read a Google Review. My advice is DO NOT HIRE Mr. FRASER.

  I have gone to Mark with two separate cases. Each time I have felt confident throughout the process not only that Mark was handling everything properly, but efficiently as well. In other words, when you're paying the fee for his time you know that was time spent working on your case! His assistant Lee-Anne is AMAZING. If you're needing an attorney start here.
