  Courtney was a pleasure to work with. She first showed me an "apples to apples" comparison on ALL of my policies - then took the time to explain to me where we could tweak the coverage. By comparing and ultimately switching my Auto, Motorcycle, Boat and homeowners policies from State Farm and Tower Hill to Progressive and Nationwide (thru McGriff/Williams), Courtney was able to save me more than $600.00 per year!

  Do yourself a favor by getting a knowledgeable insurance agent. Better yet, get McGriff-Williams. I was paying an incredibly high premium for a single car with my previous carrier bur never cared to get a quote from a different one. It wasn't until I started working with insurance that I understood the type of protection I needed and wasn't getting even though I was paying lots of money. So I called McGriff-Williams and had Bryan Williams as my agent. Unfortunately, the company I wanted to go with wouldn't even insure me due to the low coverage limits I was carrying, but right before I could get too sad, Bryan offered to find me other options and made sure he jotted down all the things that were essential to me. Almost immediately he put together a great package for me with better coverage, lower deductibles, and still saving me over $200 per policy period. Folks, I didn't do this for a long time out of laziness thinking it would be an ordeal to switch insurance, and I now regret not doing much sooner. I had been hearing great things about this agency for a while, and they made the transition so easy and accommodating.

  Update: After being contacted personally by Mr. Lee McGriff, we have changed our rating from one star to three stars. He took our concerns very seriously and we have decided to renew our policy with them in the hopes that in the future, they will work harder for us . We have decided not to renew our home owner policy. Every year since we have been with McGriff-Williams since 2012, we have experienced a substantial rate increase. In 5 years with no claims, my policy has increased more than 50%. Every year I have asked if anything could be done, and was told that the only thing I could do was pay more money to have a wind mitigation inspection. Well this year I decided, not to trust McGriff-Williams and checked with another agency and got a comparable policy for $852 with an A rated company verses their $1409 policy. I am betting they could have quoted me with less expensive companies all the previous years I requested assistance. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!!
