BANK APPROVED ME 4 TIMES BUT TRIAD AND NORTH POINTE DO NOT COORDINATE TOGETHER. THEY STILL HAVE MY $1000 DEPOSIT AND HAVE NOT EVEN CONTACTED ME IN OVER 4 MONTHS. We are going to go the factory and see more homes and then the design center to choose what we want exactly in our new home. The models at this location are very, very nice!
